Our entire process is monitored by a team of technically sound engineers that hardly leaves even a marginal possibility of faulty production. We manufacture Hydraulic Jacks, Pumps & Hydraulic Presses and other machines along with Hydraulic Cylinders confirming to the following Indian standards & other foreign standards like:-
Stages of Quality Checking Process:-
- To manufacture the cylinder or the jack, the procured material (round bars, plates, etc.) chips are drawn and the chips are being sent for chemical analysis
- All the components of a particular job are checked for dimensional reports, chemical test & hardness test, etc., and then only sent for assembly
- During the assembly, necessary letter punches are used to identify the particular parts of a particular job
- After the assembly, the rated product is primer coated and kept for testing
- Necessary dimensional reports, functional report, load test, overload test are carried out as per rated capacity and Q.C. reports to that extent are maintained.

Testing Facilities Available
- We have a Test Rig (Hydraulic Press) of 200 tonnes capacity to test the products. We place the hydraulic jack or the cylinder under the rig and pressurize from bottom for its rated capacity and give overload from the press for the static and dynamic testing
- We have installed a separate hydraulic power pack with cycle counter for free cycles of a hydraulic cylinder which has a minimum of 500 cycles
- The company is equipped with all the measuring instruments for a line inspection as well as the dimensional reports are taken
- The material testing facilities for its chemical test, ultrasonic test, etc., are conducted from the sources available at subcontract
- The hardened parts are getting sub-contracted and the necessary hardness test, etc., are made available from these sources.
